Terms of Use

1. Using 3 Clicks

You may use 3 Clicks only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

2. Beta software

Beta releases may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. Keep independent copies of important text and review generated transcriptions before relying on them.

3. Free and paid plans

Anyone can install the beta. It runs on the Free plan, which needs no payment card and includes a monthly word allowance. Paid plans are optional. Paid checkout is rolling out during the beta, and price, billing cadence, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase, in the app or on our website. Paid checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for those purchases.

Launch offer. The first 50 eligible people to join the waitlist on our website get six months of Pro at no charge. Your spot is reserved the moment you join, and the confirmation on screen says whether you got one; we’ll email you how to redeem it. To be eligible, join with your own email address that can receive mail. There is one spot per person and per address, throwaway inboxes can’t join, and joining needs no payment. We may cancel spots claimed with fake, duplicate, or automated signups, and a cancelled spot goes to the next person who joins. Once all 50 spots are claimed, you can still join the waitlist, without the offer.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the audio, text, and other content you submit. You grant 3 Clicks the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the transcription service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or process content you do not have permission to use.

6. Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during beta. To the extent permitted by law, 3 Clicks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
