Terms of Use
Effective August 21, 2026. These terms govern your use of the 3 Clicks beta app and related services.
1. Using 3 Clicks
You may use 3 Clicks only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
2. Beta software
Beta releases may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. Keep independent copies of important text and review generated transcriptions before relying on them.
3. Trial and paid plans
New accounts may receive a seven-day trial without a payment card. When paid checkout becomes available, price, billing cadence, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the audio, text, and other content you submit. You grant 3 Clicks the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the transcription service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or process content you do not have permission to use.
6. Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis during beta. To the extent permitted by law, 3 Clicks disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
